Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll educate, inform, inspire, and wardrobe customers while delivering a best-in-class experience across omni-channel touchpoints.

Engage with shoppers to drive sales, promote loyalty programs, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs in a fast-paced retail environment.
