Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a friendly Sales Associate in Atlanta to deliver personalized shopping experiences and uphold the UGG brand. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and help meet their needs with a positive attitude.

You will also manage the register, process returns, monitor inventory, and merchandise displays in line with Visual Merchandising standards, while maintaining clean spaces and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers to drive loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and answer questions with brand knowledge.
• Communicate return policy clearly to customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized back-stock and break area and follow safety protocols.
