American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Glendale, AZ to bring the brand to life daily and provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

You will engage guests using our selling model, educate on products, and promote AE/Aerie loyalty programs, while moving between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom as needed. The role requires energy, strong people skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying consistent with company policy.
• Assist your team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
