Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, energizing guests with product knowledge and generosity, while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure outstanding store experience.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
