• Drive customer and brand experience, aligning selling behaviors with brand guidance
• Own visual execution and product storytelling on the sales floor
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance management with Store Manager
• Lead supervisors and selling associates and direct reports in higher volume/complex environments
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless execution of store initiatives and brand campaigns
