Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Key responsibilities include: visual execution, product storytelling and selling behaviors, category-level performance insights, sales floor and fitting room standards, talent lifecycle including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, and directing reports.
