Responsibilities

• Lead floor service and communicate daily sales goals and key metrics.
• Share product knowledge and brand messaging with the team to improve customer interactions.
• Support opening/closing office procedures and operational tasks.
• Process shipments, restock, and maintain visual/display standards to support store profitability.
• Contribute to an inclusive work environment and onboard new hires.
