You will lead a retail team, drive sales and product storytelling, and ensure effective execution of store operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and maintaining a high-energy customer focus across peak days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail.
• Thrives in a consumer-first retail setting.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and receptiveness to feedback.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations.
• Must meet physical demands and be available for peak days and times.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability for all associates.
• Lead as on-duty leader to address consumer experience or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans with the leadership team to improve results and execute operations.
• Implement floorset directions to bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening/closing routines, including deposits, shipments, and directives interpretation.
• Set daily direction for the shift when associates arrive.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leaders.
• Meet payroll targets with adequate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Lead in-store experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers via needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
