Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager in Germantown, TN to be the Store Manager’s right hand, shaping business strategy and leading the brand experience. You will train and coach the team to deliver WOW service, drive revenue, and uphold the brand’s philanthropic commitments.

You will champion guest connections, support operational excellence, and model the values of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy in every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
