Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Brand Experience Coordinator for the Pittsburgh Showroom. You will oversee showroom operations and end-to-end experiences, partnering with GTM, Wholesale, Workplaces, and senior leaders to execute local events and initiatives.

This role requires strong project management, budget oversight, and excellent communication across organizational levels. A hybrid work policy applies, with in-office presence Monday through Thursday and remote Fridays.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of event management experience.
• Hybrid work policy requiring in-office attendance Mon–Thu, with remote Friday.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong MS Office skills and proposal development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Pitt Showroom operations and end-to-end experiences as the Brand Experience point of contact.
• Develop, manage, and execute events for the Pitt Showroom with GTM, Wholesale, Workplaces teams and leaders.
• Apply meeting planning best practices for catering, production partners, AV, merchandising, etc.
• Leverage internal tools to create event briefs, overviews, recaps, and workbacks.
• Drive Pitt Showroom scheduling aligned with adidas business.
• Track and manage budgets and communicate budgets; manage POs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies on experiential strategy and production.
• Coordinate seasonal milestone workback planning and showroom experiences.
