American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Bluffton, SC. You will bring the brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, while representing the company values and your authentic self.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom to ensure smooth operations. AEO emphasizes teamwork and integrity in daily duties.

• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
