American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, process transactions, and flex between Salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth store operation and great guest experience.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
