American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You will be the face of the AE brand, enthusiastic about AE and Aerie products, and will educate guests on product details while promoting the loyalty program. You'll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, maintaining high-energy service in a fast-paced retail environment and upholding company

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 16+ years old.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find items they love.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
