Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Grapevine, TX is looking for a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador who brings our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and represent our values with genuine, friendly service.

You’ll work across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, stay energized in a fast-paced environment, and help grow loyalty through the AE rewards program.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
