American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Spring, TX. You will bring the brand to life, create an amazing shopping experience for guests, and be the face of our company while upholding our values.

You’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Flexibility across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom is required, along with teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Able to engage with guests and educate on products.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies.
