Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Sevierville, TN. You will greet guests, use the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program to drive brand loyalty.

This role requires energy, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, and a genuine, authentic you. You’ll rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while enjoying opportunities for development and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• You're a people person and can engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• You’re passionate about AE & Aerie products and enjoy educating guests on product details.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies & procedures.
