Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll be the face of our brand, educating guests on products and loyalty programs while staying enthusiastic and engaging across multiple store zones.

You’ll need energy, a passion for AE/Aerie products, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus as you help build brand loyalty daily.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and providing a great shopping experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail is preferred and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done and uphold brand standards.
