Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the OFFLINE by Aerie brand to life in Sevierville, TN. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, represent our values, and bring your real self to work every day.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and introduce the loyalty program. You’ll flex across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have previous retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends-first mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details, making recommendations that fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can adapt to any zone in the store, flexing between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• You are a team player and assist your teammates to get the job done.
• You act with integrity, doing the right thing and adhering to AEO policies and procedures.
