Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks a Manager, Brand Experience (Value) to shape and drive sustained sales and brand growth for Sonic and franchisees. You will lead cross‑functional teams, set direction, and motivate delivery of long‑range growth objectives.

You will identify, develop, and execute strategic growth initiatives across menu, digital experience, loyalty, pricing and more, collaborating with senior leadership and shared services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in brand experience, strategy, or related field.
• Strong brand management and customer experience principles.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to analyze data and present to senior leadership.
• Experience with QSR or restaurant/hospitality industry preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand value strategy and roadmap.
• Owns and leads brand experience roadmaps for discovery, testing, and launch of growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure go-to-market execution.
• Oversee market tests with objectives, KPIs, and performance evaluation.
• Use data analytics to track initiative success and drive improvements.
• Prepare executive level presentations communicating strategy, progress, risks.
