Job summary

TVC Collective is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our event marketing team. This entry-level role focuses on representing well-known brands at live events and campaigns, building relationships with clients and consumers.

The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills; no prior marketing experience is necessary as we provide hands-on training in client relations, events, brand representation, and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with new people.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, retail, events, or marketing is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally at events, promotional campaigns, and community activations.
• Engage directly with customers and create positive brand experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consumers, and team members.
• Communicate campaign goals, promotions, and product information clearly.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and promotional activities.
