Responsibilities

• Represent the organization professionally at community events, promotional campaigns, and outreach initiatives
• Engage directly with customers and community members to provide information and answer questions
• Build positive relationships through friendly, knowledgeable, and professional communication
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and day‑to‑day campaign activities
• Communicate campaign information clearly and accurately
• Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions
• Maintain a positive and energetic presence in customer‑facing environments
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign and performance goals
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities
• Support team leaders with campaign execution and business operations as needed
