Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Tucson to bring the brand to life in-store. You will create an engaging shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs.

The role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. You should enjoy helping others, be comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting, and be available for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable using sales techniques and product knowledge to assist customers.
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
