Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll provide excellent service, educate customers on products and loyalty programs, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience using omnichannel tools.

You’ll engage customers on the floor, support sales processes, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Flexibility for scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn and educate customers on products and brand loyalty programs.
• Comfort with using retail technology and omni-channel tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide exceptional service to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product features.
• Drive sales and service with suggestive selling.
• Utilize all omnichannel offerings to enhance the customer experience.
• Support store operations and meet personal and store goals.
• Assist on the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Keep work areas neat, clean and organized.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
