Success in this role requires strong communication, a genuine passion for retail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings and weekends. You’ll support store operations and help create a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer-focused service delivery and relationship building.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Willingness to work holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Comfort with using retail tech and POS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to engage and educate customers.
• Promote loyalty programs and drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Engage customers with omnichannel shopping options to enhance experience.
• Work collaboratively with leadership to meet store goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist on the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Execute operational processes efficiently and accurately.
