You should thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, be a strong problem solver, and willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver excellent service and build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about products and loyalty programs.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and omnichannel engagement.
• Support store operations including fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist team goals.
