Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to energize the store and create a welcoming shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and building loyalty with every guest.

You will use the AE Selling Model, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while collaborating across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to support the team.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products and provide excellent service.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to store goals.
