Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, enthusiastic about AE & Aerie products, and committed to building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, using the selling model, resolving guest concerns, and promoting the loyalty program while upholding company policy and values.

• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Work as part of the team to get the job done with integrity.
