Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Salinas, CA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You will greet guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and collaborate with team members across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. The role requires energy, a willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and prior retail experience; you are at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• You’ve worked in retail before and understand store operations.
• You are energetic, able to handle multiple tasks, and friendly under pressure.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policies.
• Support your team to get the job done and maintain store standards.
• Uphold AEO values and represent the brand with integrity.
