American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You’ll engage customers with AE’s selling model, educate on products, and promote loyalty programs while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Join a team that values energy, integrity, and guest satisfaction every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service is preferred.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Be a team player and assist teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to company policies.
