Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Sarasota, FL. You will embody the brand, engage guests, and provide an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll learn the AEO Selling Model, promote AE & Aerie products, and invite guests to join the loyalty program.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while solving guest needs and upholding store policy. Previous retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• Part-time retail position with customer-facing duties.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
