Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will represent the brand with energy, assist guests across multiple zones, and promote AE & Aerie products with integrity.

You’ll be responsible for explaining product details, encouraging loyalty program enrollment, and maintaining brand standards while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• You love interacting with people in a fast-paced environment.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie products and can educate guests on details.
• You'll promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• You can flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You resolve guest concerns while following company policy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help find exact needs.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and the REAL self at work.
