Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Ashland to create an outstanding shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, delivering authentic service and supporting AE and Aerie product education while building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest concerns and upholding company policies with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Able to engage with guests and deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Willing to learn AE/Aerie product details and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Comfortable promoting the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred; must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store teammates.
