As a teammate, you’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, educate guests on AE and Aerie, and participate in the AE loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic and able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
