Ideal candidates have strong verbal communication, enjoy interacting with people, and are self-motivated to excel in a fast-paced retail setting. Travel within designated territory is required, and shifts are paid hourly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or event marketing preferred.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within assigned territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Document activity results and survey data through reporting tools.
• Travel within the territory to support retail visits and events.
