URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Brand Ambassadors at the Natick store to bring the UO experience to life through real conversations, personal style, and a love for pop culture. You’ll help customers feel the authentic, fun energy that defines the brand.

You’ll engage shoppers with genuine conversations, share excitement about drops, and assist in styling and merchandising—both in-store and online. The role rewards teamwork and a willingness to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Genuine love for Urban Outfitters.
• Confidence in expressing personal style and creativity.
• People-first mindset with ability to help others.
• Collaborative attitude and positive energy.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by showing your individuality and staying informed on product drops and trends.
• Create energy on the salesfloor through authentic conversations and enthusiasm for products.
• Make shopping seamless by keeping the space organized and on-brand, from restocking to displays.
• Support customers using in-store tech and facilitate shopping in-store, online, or elsewhere.
• Stay curious and flexible, ready to jump in and learn as needed.
• Work as a team, sharing ideas and maintaining a positive store environment.
