Job summary

Romeoville Toyota is looking for a Brand Experience Specialist to coordinate incoming requests, search for sales leads, and book showroom appointments while being the first point of contact for customers.

You will promote top-notch service, identify customer needs, collaborate with the BDC, and stay informed about products to deliver a friendly, professional experience in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
• Interact with customers to identify needs and opportunities for new/used car sales presentations.
• Work with the BDC team to log sales lead opportunities in the CRM and track notes.
• Conduct sales department service tours for customers.
• Stay informed about new products, features, and benefits for customers.
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience in every interaction.
