Job summary

HSP Brands is seeking a Brand Activator to lead shopper engagement and tasting experiences at grocery-store events across Southern California. This part-time, consumer-facing role blends brand storytelling with real-time data capture, representing our clients in-store with energy and professionalism.

As the face of the brands, you will drive purchase intent through confident product knowledge and engaging interactions, while maintaining an on-brand sampling station and reporting results promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid alcohol service certification as required by state law (e.g., RBS).
• Ability to confidently engage with consumers in public settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned event locations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and scheduled shifts as needed.
• Basic comfort with technology (mobile apps) for data logging, reporting and printing.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers and tell brand stories about the adult beverage products represented.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies via the HSP Shopify store.
• Maintain a clean, organized sampling station reflecting brand standards.
• Capture and log accurate sampling data using the HSP App and Portal.
• Submit event recaps the same day as each shift; use mobile tools to report performance in real time.
