Job summary

HSP is seeking a part-time Brand Activator to lead shopper engagements and tasting experiences at grocery events across Southern California. You will tell brand stories, energize shoppers, and capture data in real time while representing clients in a professional, approachable manner.

Role is on-site, evenings and weekends required, with travel to event locations. Must maintain a reliable schedule and comply with alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid alcohol service certification as required by state law (e.g., RBS).
• Ability to confidently engage with consumers and communicate effectively in public settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned event locations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and scheduled shifts as needed.
• Basic comfort with technology (mobile apps) for data logging and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers about adult beverage interests with energy and professionalism.
• Tell brand stories about products represented at grocery stores and drive purchase intent.
• Capture and log sampling data using the HSP App and Portal, and submit recaps the same day.
