Job summary

HSP Brands in Southern California is seeking outgoing brand ambassadors to represent top-tier beverage brands at retail locations and event tastings. You will engage with customers, share brand stories, and educate consumers on product details to deliver a memorable brand experience.

This part-time role includes setting up and managing product samples, standing for 4–6 hours during activations, and participating in incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and master product knowledge (training provided).
• 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred (1+ year).
• RBS certification required.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent top-tier beverage brands at retail locations and event tastings
• Engage with customers, share brand stories, and educate consumers on product details
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive, memorable brand experience
• Set up and manage product samples or displays (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs)
• Stand for 4–6 hours during activations
• Participate in fun incentive programs, contests, and cash prize opportunities
