Job summary

The Brand Activator leads sales, information gathering, and shopper tasting experiences for HSP Brands’ adult beverage clients at off-premise store events across Southern CA. This part-time, consumer-facing role combines brand storytelling, shopper engagement, and real-time data capture.

Brand Activators are the face of HSP’s clients in-store, delivering memorable tasting experiences and driving purchase intent through energy, product knowledge, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid alcohol service certification as required by state law (e.g., RBS certificate).
• Ability to confidently engage with consumers in public settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned event locations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and scheduled shifts as needed.
• Basic comfort with technology for data logging, reporting and printing.

Responsibilities

• Represent top-tier beverage brands at retail locations and event tastings.
• Engage with customers, share brand stories, and educate consumers on product details.
