Job summary

HSP Brands is seeking Brand Activators to represent top-tier beverage brands at Southern California retail locations and events. You will engage customers, share brand stories, educate on product details, and deliver exceptional service to ensure a memorable brand experience.

Training is provided; must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. This part-time role offers paid training and incentives in a lively, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and master product knowledge (training provided).
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred (1+ year).
• RBS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Represent top-tier beverage brands at retail locations and event tastings.
• Engage with customers, share brand stories, and educate consumers on product details.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive, memorable brand experience.
• Set up and manage product samples or displays (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs).
• Stand for 4–6 hours during activations.
• Participate in incentive programs, contests, and cash prize opportunities.
