Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Charlotte, NC is seeking friendly Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through personal style and authentic conversations. You’ll help customers discover products, share trends, and create a shopping experience that feels on-brand and fun.

You’ll collaborate with the team, stay energized on the sales floor, restock and style displays, and use in-store tech to support customers whether in-store or online. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Make shopping seamless through restocking and well-styled displays.
