Urban Outfitters is seeking Brand Ambassadors at our Raleigh location to bring the store to life through authentic conversations, styling, and a love for pop culture. You’ll engage customers, highlight exclusive drops, and create a seamless shopping experience across in-store and online channels.

We value individuality, a people‑first mindset, and teamwork. Prior retail experience is a plus, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected in a dynamic environment.

• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and highlight drops and promotions.
• Make Shopping Seamless: maintain an inspiring, organized space; restock and style displays to keep the store on-brand.
• Support shopping across in-store, online, and other shopping channels using in-store tech.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to new tasks and learning as you go; every day is a new opportunity.
