Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Miami is seeking a Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life on the sales floor. You’ll engage customers with authentic conversations, highlight drops and promotions, and help create a memorable in-store experience.

Stay curious, flexible, and collaborative; you’ll restock, style displays, and use in-store tech to support shopping in-store or online. A welcoming personality and love for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be enthusiastic about fashion and pop culture.
• Ability to express personal style and creativity.
• People-first mindset with strong communication.
• Flexible with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player who can thrive in a fast-moving environment.
