Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the territory. You will engage adult consumers in one-on-one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather feedback, and distribute promotional offers.

No tobacco industry experience is required, just a great personality, confidence in engaging with people, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service or promotions preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable engaging consumers in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and laws.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and incentives.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and management.
• Document activity results and survey data in reporting systems.
• Maintain program materials and activation assets in good condition.
• Travel throughout the territory to support visits and events.
