Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in-store, build relationships, stock shelves, and execute displays across Vancouver, WA area. You’ll be the face of the brands and ensure products are in stock and properly presented.

You will drive a personal vehicle, perform physical merchandising tasks, and collaborate with store teams to optimize in-store visibility and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Vancouver, WA.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start; holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company for store teams and shoppers.
• Perform daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and adhere to RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and support seasonal launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety and lifting requirements during merchandise handling.
