Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to keep our snacks ready for shoppers. You will stock shelves, build eye-catching displays, and ensure popular brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit are prominent and in stock.

You’ll work with store teams, RTMs, and management to execute planograms, capture photos with a mobile device, and support seasonal launches. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license in your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred (or pursue while working).
• 1–3 years retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must have reliable vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and move products as needed.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Littleton, NH; secondary locations listed; Sun–Thu schedule.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to execute DSD merchandising and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain stock for shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support new product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Report store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical aspects of the role.
