Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store merchandising for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and manage displays to ensure products are in stock and visible.

The role involves daily store visits, driving your own vehicle, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Monday–Friday schedule with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; may push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles from Lawrenceville, GA; secondary: Winder, GA and Dacula, GA.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily; capture display photos and execute displays.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and handle the physical aspects of stocking.
