Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to drive in-store excellence for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, build displays, and place store orders via iPad with Salesforce support.

You’ll travel to Brentwood/Franklin, TN, with schedules Monday–Friday, 7:00am starts, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a focus on visibility and stock integrity across retail partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID or passport for access to certain facilities.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50+ lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and be the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos using DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store insights and opportunities to RTM/management.
