Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, BelVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit in Aberdeen/Bel Air area.

You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock, visible, and properly promoted across assigned stores. You will drive store visits, build strong relationships with store personnel, and use iPad/Salesforce to place orders and capture insights daily.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift/move up to 25 lbs, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
